We have purchased several homes with Tracey over the past nine years. Each time she has been professional, friendly and always took the time to help us purchase the homes for our needs. Listing in the Summer months was questionable for us at first, but Tracy Phelan soon put our doubts aside when we received an offer the first week on the market! I bought a house in July using Tracy Phelan as my realtor.. Let me tell you she knows her stuff !!! with this crazy market it was hard to get a house with the multiple offers and prices going way over list . Tracy was honest with the price and the value of the house and would not let you over pay .She works fast. i went to an open house liked the house called her at 3 in the afternoon she made a phone call and found out they were taking offer that night at 7pm so she met me at 5pm we put in an offer and I got the house ..YAHOO ..if your looking to buy or selling ..She is the one to call hands down!!! hope this helps you all out there .Marlene
