Tracy was very friendly, and really knew her real estate in this city. She advised us when to sell to get a better price for our house. I was hesitant but glad that I listened to her. We are waiting for our new house to be finished and she arranged with the new owners for a longer closing date. I really appreciated that as I never thought of doing it
